Urgent Kidz Care

I was worried that I couldn't find a good place that accepts Medicaid. But when my daughter felt sick, we had to go check up to see if she was okay. I liked the place: tidy and clean; the location is also good. The staff was fantastic and friendly; the Doctor took his time to check my baby's overall health. No wait time. Easy appointments. They even called me to tell her results just 2 hours later.

Excellent!!! This! place was a little pediatric gem. Just what I needed for a last minute sports physical. The receptionist was so pleasant and helpful. Adorable office, so neat and clean, which is so necessary for kids healthcare. The doctor was AMAZING! Dr. E was so nice with my daughter, extremely knowledgeable, and actually took the time to explain everything to us with understanding. It was fast, and effortless to get my daughter's entire physical completed! Absolutely a pleasure and we would definitely come again! No negatives AT ALL.🙂

Very pleasant experience. Was able to quickly set up an appointment online, was seen on time and thoroughly enjoyed the clean and kid-friendly environment. My (almost) 8 year old said, "I give this place a million stars out of ten." Thank you for the transparency and kindness. This will definitely be the family go-to place when we are met with illness and need to be seen quickly without sacrificing care.

We went today as my daughter’s ear was bothering her. We made an appointment online very easily and quickly. Arrived and filled out simple paperwork and were taken back by Dr Tarek. He was fabulous with my daughter. Made her feel at ease and addressed all our concerns. 100% would go again if needed.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I had to make an exception in this case. I took my 6-year-old son here with an urgent genital pain situation. We went to his pediatrician first, but they didn't have anything available the rest of the day. Urgent Kidz Care was able to see him almost immediately. I wasn't sure if it would be possible because I didn't have any money for the copay. The super friendly receptionist called the owner of the company to see if they could send me a bill. The owner called back within a minute and said he would cover the copay for us. The pediatrician who saw my son was so nice and so helpful and did a urinalysis at no charge. I am HIGHLY recommending this location as a wonderful option for urgent pediatric care in Savannah.
