Urgent Family Clinic - OBT

Please do not come here. The receptionist was rude and very unprofessional. I received my script and the dosage was lower than otc dosage. I would have saved money just getting otc meds. I think the doctor just recommend things for people to pay out of pocket. I didn’t even receive a follow up message in regards to how I was feeling please save you’ll time and money.

I went in to check for a UTI and have a PAP, I went during a Thursday afternoon.. really nice staff! I was the only patient. Everything was priced to help people on a tight budget. I did not feel pressured into taking extra test or lab results. I have a primary that I go to for my Hashimotos, which I don’t want to change, but I will definitely come here for sick visits as I can’t afford my primary’s prices for sick visits..

BEWARE The staff here steals money straight out of your purse. I went in for a blood test and urine exam on 3/4/25 around 12:40am- 1:30pm. I left my bag in the patient’s room while I did the urine exam in the bathroom. Since only staff is allowed in there I figured it was safe to do so. Especially since one of the nurses said it was alright when she measured my height and weight in the hallway. So then I came back to get my bag and have my blood drawn and get urine results. I realized I was missing more than half of my cash when I went shopping after leaving the clinic. I wanted to use cash to do my shopping when I realized I was missing all my $20 bills from my wallet. Greatest experience I've had in a doctor's office! I arrived with a fever and a lot of pain and left without any diagnosis! I was suggested two injections that didn't explain what they were for! Total deception!

I’m kindly surprised with this place. I had a really good time here, no wait, fast, and the dr actually was very good. They offer very affordable check ups like ultra sound, urine lab, and blood work. Besides that, they have a very cheap annual membership ( at this time for $30 per year) and you have a free app smear. I found it better than the specialist gyn I used to go. Very affordable health care.
