I had an excellent experience at this new urgent care center. Unlike the larger urgent care facilities where you can easily spend hours waiting, this place is incredibly fast and efficient. I was checked in, seen by the doctor, and on my way out in about 30 minutes — truly impressive. The doctor and staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. They made the entire visit smooth and stress‑free. It’s refreshing to find a place that values both your time and your comfort. I’ve tried so many clinics in Orlando, and the wait times were always long and exhausting. I also needed an iron IV, and almost every clinic I called didn’t have it available. I was really struggling to find a good doctor or a place that could actually meet my needs — until someone recommended Dr. Ajay. I wish I had known about this clinic a long time ago. From the moment you walk in, everything is fast and organized. I never wait more than five minutes to see the doctor. I have been to the urgent care 5 time in the last 12 months. Each time the receptionist greets me with a smile. Has me fill out the form to make sure I dont have any changes to my personal status and or health issues. They take most insurances, which is awesome. Almost no wait time. Nice clean waiting room. Once they take you to the room to see Dr.Patal (better know as Dr. AJ) . They take your vitals and ask what your here to see the Dr. about.
