Urgent Care USA

Went there this morning and none of the staff seemed happy about being there. Not friendly or warm at all. The medical assistant called me back and only called a first name. She called me by the wrong first name. I almost missed going back until my husband says I think she is trying to call you as she was returning to the back office. My husband asked if she meant Tameka and she was like, oh yeah. She was calling Tamara. How am I supposed to know there isn't a Tamara there or not? It's not professional or respectful just to call a patient back by their first name only, get it wrong, and then not say their full name or Just last name if no one is getting up. The people that was called before me was addressed by their full names, I was only called by a wrong first name. What was that about?

I was visiting my family in Florida so, all of the sudden got very cold and hot on on and off. Who can complain to the mother nature. Well, got sick and my daughter took me to this clinic...they were very attentive and good comucation. The front desk was great calling my insurance company to asked about if they were in network...it didn't take long. They have 3 plans of what you needed. With no insurance i paid $85.00. Time waiting was very little. Overall is a great clinic & they have an amazing customer service. 👏 needing a Dr when are on vacation. Visit Urgent Care USA.

This place is so great! When I walked in I was treated so nice and kindly and It was an amazing experience! I most definitely recommend 10 out of 10! The service here was fantastic Nothing like I've ever been before, When I walked in there it wasn't packed I was in and out, it was very clean and calm and EVERYONE deserves a raise, and the VIBE was there and this was very fantastic 10/10 go check it out ASAP

We are extremely disappointed in our experience at this urgent care. My son, went by himself and paid a $100 copay, only to be told he did not have the flu and was cleared to return to work because he was “not contagious.” The very next day, his condition worsened so badly that we had to rush him to another urgent care because he felt like he was going to pass out. There, he tested positive for Flu A, required a breathing treatment, and was prescribed Tamiflu. Because of the incorrect diagnosis, he lost valuable treatment time and could have exposed others after being told he was not contagious. Families rely on urgent care centers for accurate testing and proper evaluation. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below that expectation.

I came in after having a bad cough and feeling unwell for several days. The doctor spent less than one minute with me, barely evaluated my symptoms, and was rude. Extremely unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this urgent care.
