Brock was super helpful getting me checked in fast and polite. I was called back by Kayla within Minutes she did my vitals. Let me know. She wanted me to get Covid and flu shot which I didn’t even think about. Her attention to detail and professionalism beyond exceeded my expectations and that is why I will continue to come here for all my healthcare needs. Amazing staff

I was seen 9/24/25 and the service and care that I received was excellent. Every person I dealt with was exceptionally kind and expedient. I will only use only this urgent care should I need immediate care in the future. The follow up phone call I received today showed their exceptional care. Thanks to all from the fantastic check in man, nurse and Dr. I wish I could remember their names personally!

I went in for an infected cyst on my neck, paid the $150 fee and the doctor just looked at it and prescribed antibiotics. He told me to go to the ER and have it drained if it hadn't improved in 3 days. After I already paid for help, they were still willing to have me go to the ER and get a huge bill for something he could have done in the office. He was clearly concerned about the proximity of the infected cyst to my face and neck, but he did nothing but prescribe medication and tell me to put hot compress on it. Shame on this office for charging me to ONLY give me a prescription when they should have also drained the cyst. They knew there was no way the cyst was getting better without being drained, and they scammed me out of $150 without doing anything functional to help me. 0/10, never

Intake person got me calmed down with his sparkling personality & compassion. The nurse was fantastic along with the terrific Dr. All were exemplary with their handling of my issue.

My daughter and i recently had to make a trip to this urgent care and the man in the office was an absolute DOLL! he got my daughter to smile after a long day with an ear ache and a swollen eye. He even offered her a popsicle which of course she accepted. His name was Brock and he made an unpleasant trip that much more bearable for my kid.
