Urgent Care One

My daughter wasn’t feeling good Brought her to be seen. Doctor Bana was the best took care of my daughter gave her the care she needed and her assistants are also very caring, friendly and give u all the attention you need very good and professional service. All staff is very Nice.

I only come here when there’s no appointments available at my regular clinic. 2 out of 3 times I’ve been here I’ve noticed 1 particular thing.Being Armenian gets you seen first.Doesn’t matter if there’s 8 people who have been waiting for an hour.If you’re caucasian you just walk in,check in and within 5 minutes you’re seen before everyone else in the waiting room.

I have been to this urgent care what a few times within the last year all the employees the doctors are very kind very compassionate and very caring and listen to the patients without judgment I really appreciate it so very much

I have been to this Urgent Care multiple times over the years and have been seen by several different providers. Each and everyone one of them has consistently taken the time to listen and genuinely show care. I especially want to thank Dr. Anahit - she always goes above and beyond for her patients, and I am truly thankful for her dedication and compassion. Highly recommend this place.

Front desk help are rude and uncaring, new “doctor” is rude and unsympathetic! They didn’t call my prescription, I had to call them to remind them, had to wait 2 hours and held on the phone for 20 minutes at the CVS pharmacy, even the consultant at CVS in Canyon Plaza, said this is an ongoing issue! DO NOT GO THERE! New staff is terrible!!!!! If I could give them a 0 star I Would! Miss the old staff😔
