Urgent Care of the Palm Beaches

They were beyond amazing! From the customer service at the front desk all the way to other staff members, passing by that we’re doing other jobs they were cordial, and they even spoke. Last, but not least, the staff member who did my UA by the name of Miriam, was absolutely awesome! She had A positive/vibrant attitude. She was very knowledgeable and informational. And she made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend anyone to that Concentra location!

Experience was great here. I’ve always gone to MD now and it always took so long to get in and I found this place because I live right down the street from it and the PA that I had was amazing so kind so knowledgeable. And I got in within five minutes. I’m definitely not going to be now ever again. This is now my place if I ever need to go, which I hope I don’t need to go too often but if I do, I’ll be coming here.

At the time we went to Urgent Care the waiting room was empty and we went right in. The staff was wonderful and quite professional. Everything was great except the unusually long wait to get the results. We have been quite anxious to get the results since we are Today, Sunday.. We are leaving today still no results.

I went in for a broken toe. The staff got me in immediately and was X-rayed right away. Very helpful and efficient. I would definitely go back but hope I don’t have to

Desk staff was friendly and helpful. Wait time was almost immediate after I completed forms. Doctor had a nice manner and was competent in assessing my condition and prescribing the appropriate medication. I would use this facility again.
