Urgent Care of Sandfly

This is a fantastic urgent care. My wife and I use it regularly and have always been impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff. Big thanks to PA Mary, and nurses Shan and Nicole!

Wow. What a great experience! Everyone I interacted with was so lovely and kind, especially nurse Nicole and Dr. Sarah. I felt so extremely cared for. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Efficient! I will definitely be back and will recommend to others as well.

I had the absolute best experience with Dr. Tim Dare! His kindness, professionalism, and depth of knowledge truly set him apart from any doctor I’ve ever seen. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel completely cared for. Honestly, I wish he could be my primary doctor because the service and compassion he provided were unmatched. I highly recommend this urgent care—Dr. Dare goes above and beyond for his patients!

I was very disappointed at my last visit. I came in because I was not feeling well and lost my voice. They call in my Rx I was not able to pick it up at the first pharmacy. So I canceled it then called for them to send the Rx to a pharmacy closer to my home. They told me I would have to come in and be seen again for the same problem that I still had. Just so I could get the same medicine that I never picked up and pay for the visit again. I told them that did not make sense so I asked to speak to the doctor. The lady at the front told me they dont know when to doctors come in or what days they work. I have never heard of any practices that is run like that and I have worked in the health care field for years. Very unprofessional I felt like they only wanted money.
