Urgent Care of New York

It was quick and clean but I felt as though the doctor only confirmed my diagnosis and left the room. I did get medication but the doctor literally stepped into the room for a total of maybe 1 full min. I do however understand my situation was clear cut but I wanted a bit more info. He was kind and again everything was clean and quick .

Went here today with my 94 year old mom. As expected there was a wait but the staff was kind and efficient. She was seen by Dr. K, he was fantastic. Very thorough!!!! Great experience overall. I believe she is on the mend.

Came in around 5 yesterday for a minor infection I had in my fingernail. Wish I knew the girls names that were working the front desk, they were very kind and attentive. The wait time was a bit long but it’s okay it was expected. The doctor was informative and helpful. Overall great energy from this place, too bad I don’t live in the neighborhood.

Went to urgent care because I wasn’t well and thought it was bronchitis. Staff was extremely nice and took all my information and was seen within I’d say 40-45 minutes. There were a few patients before me so I had no problem with that. The doctor was great and gave me the antibiotics I needed and I can say they were organized and helpful. Thank you.

I love this place . The waiting time is less than 20 min!!!! The front desk I so welcoming. They do take small kids like 4 years old, which is great. Always clean. The doctor is knowledgeable and professional, she is super helpful. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
