Urgent Care of New Port Richey

Very clean and easy to locate. I was impressed with that i could select an appointment time but, just like every other doctor's office, this is merely a suggestion ant when you will be seen. We went into room 2, no one took us there, just told to go there. We were in there nearly an hour before anyone came in and did anything. Surprisingly, not the doctor or the nurse listened to my breathing , checked my blood pressure or even asked for a list of my medications. Right before I left, they swabbed my nose, gave me a work absence note and sent off a prescription to aid my cough but nothing to help with whatever sickness I had as I was clearly exhibiting symptoms. Came in for my fiancé’s sinus infection today. Lights in the waiting room, 3 of them are flickering so bad. Anyone with optical or light sensitive seizures would totally be on the floor right now. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. They should replace them asap! This video is just one of them! If I was the owner I would be changing these out before someone sues.

I will try to make this short and sweet. I went in there after coughing for two days and being up all night with a sore throat. The PA acknowledged my throat was bright red when the Covid flu shot test was done on me. The nurse didn’t even put it all the way up my nostrils came back with it was negative this PA only wanted to give me cough medicine and told me to take Tylenol. I ended up going to my regular GP two days later to find out that I had Covid and the flu B I was given the correct medication to get me back on the road to recovery so I would say by going to this walk-in I was misdiagnosed and for two days. I’ve been laying here sick getting worse. When had I’ve been diagnosed correctly or maybe had the test been done correctly? I would’ve been put on the correct medication and on

Everyone was so nice and kind here. Great experience even though I sprained my ankle. I got xrays and my results extremely fast. While waiting, the Dr brought me my donut from my bag because she knew I was hurt & hungry. She asked if there was anything I needed or she could do to make me feel comfortable and better. If was really touching. It's the little things in your lowest times that mean the most. Compassion. This place will show you compassion and respect. If you need urgent care, this is a good spot you stop. Reasonably priced for someone without insurance.

Wonderful clean facility with great staff. State-of-the-art x-ray machine and all of the employees there were efficient, friendly, respectful, and professional. Would recommend anyone going there to be treated. Mark was the receptionist and Jay was the nurse practitioner who treated me. The female nurse which I did not get her name, was fantastic and spent a lot of care working with taking a x-ray of my foot because of my paralyzed condition. Many accolades on the care and the facility and we'll go back again if need be and I will recommend it.
