If you want to stay sick—or possibly die—come to this location. The staff could not care less about patient safety. I was seen late in the evening by a PA who suspected a possible blood clot and sent me immediately for a Doppler test due to the severity of my symptoms and significant pain. The prescription clearly stated STAT. I was told the results would be available the next morning and that I should call. I called the next morning and was told they did not have the results. I continued calling every couple of hours until 3:00 PM. At that point, I asked to speak with the doctor. She told me my X-rays were normal. When I asked about the Doppler test—which was far more critical—she had no idea that it had even been done. She had reviewed the X-ray results without looking at my chart or n

Hello Just wanted to come on here and say I seen the reviews but this place is anything but a one star I walked in there in agonizing pain Marianna rushed to my aid helping me sign in to get the assistance I need. She was super sweet and deserves the world, doctor Cheng assistant me quickly and calmly diagnosing the pain and easing it off all in 20 minutes I will be coming here more often. Thank you to this team again.

You show up for an appointment, and even if you have insurance they still ask for your credit card and charge you $150 “just in case” your insurance doesn’t cover something. Then you have to go through seven circles of hell to get your own money back, because they tell you to call them in two months and request a refund. And when you actually request it, it’s another seven circles of hell to get anything returned. It’s straight-up fraud, there’s no other way to call it.

Hi Doctors are good but staff is not good. I visited twice and Initially I paid $120 security deposit and after multiple follow-ups with staff they proceed for Insurance and it approved. But security deposit refund they are saying it will take time. we need to wait almost 3 months to refund. If they can improve on billing related issues

A truly awful experience. After speaking with real medical professionals, I learned that the information and care I received here were not just inadequate, they were blatantly negligent. I was severely mistreated and underserved. Please protect yourself and go elsewhere.
