Urgent Care & More San Diego

The experience I had there today will make me never go back there again. I've been coming here for the past year and a half because it's very hard to get in to see my primary care doctor. So I see Dr tamsen. Lately I've been battling two eye infections, two ear infections ,sinus infections and infections in both lungs all at the same time. The doctor kept telling me ,if I don't feel better come back to see him, so I did. They then told me to go to the ER on Friday, which I did. The ER treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about when I told them I had pneumonia in both lungs. They took all kinds of tests but never gave me the results and never checked me into the hospital or did anything that the doctors told me he was so worried about me about. Urgent care and more San Diego was an amazingly caring, kind, and expeditious urgent care. My partner came in for stitches and was promptly treated. Dr. Tamsen was thorough and gentle with his care. Explained everything and took time to get to know him and his wound. Would go back !!

This place is efficient and the care is great. Dr. Ramsey is the best- competent, confident, empathetic and a good sense of humor.

Dr. Tamsen is an exceptional UC/ER physician who I highly recommend. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. He took the time to listen to my concerns, diagnosed my health issue, and thoroughly explained my treatment options. I felt confident and comfortable in his care, and I am grateful for the excellent results I received. His staff is highly efficient and friendly.

This office is the best place I have ever been too.The front desk is very helpful and the doctor helped me with everything in one visit not five or more for each item like most doctors. I did not have to wait, I was in and out in less then 20 or 30 minutes,may have been less. Thank you so much. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE IN AN EMERGENCY EVERYONE SHOULD GO HERE FOR THEIR VISITS , YOU WILL BE VERY VERY HAPPY.
