Came in to here a couple months back and had an incredibly rude and hostile British male doctor come in, immediately ask "what's wrong with you", and tell me my high blood pressure is no reason to come to urgent care and that they've had people coming in there all day long who "shouldn't be here". Sorry, I didn't want to go to the ER and my BP was really high. Also, bashing your other patients in front of your current patient is incredibly disrespectful. He came off as a rude and pompous jerk. Never going back here... the nurses were amazing though, the only redeeming factor and the nurses clearly did not care for the man either.

Don’t waste your time or money on this joke of a place. Never been able to receive any care at all here. Took my dad for crisis level blood pressure and a splitting headache for three days. Didn’t offer him anything relief at all and treated him like he was pushing for pills. Just throw the whole urgent care away because it’s absolutely pointless. American healthcare is a joke now.

I came to this urgent care after feeling progressively worse over the course of a week. I finally decided to go in after I became extremely fatigued and started experiencing chest pain, which concerned me because I’m a generally healthy young adult. When I arrived, I was given a couple of basic tests, and then an older doctor (I believe his name was William?) came in to discuss the results. One of the first things he asked was if I smoked or drank, and when I said no, he responded with, “Do you do anything fun?” — which I found odd and unprofessional. He briefly glanced at my test results, shrugged, and said he wasn’t sure what the issue was. He then suggested that maybe I had “gone for a jog or something” that could have caused the chest pain. I left the clinic with no answers, no guidan

My son and i have came for the last 3 years! I absolutely love the staff here! They are kind and attentive. The wait time is very minimal and it is so easy to get checked in.

I had a wonderful experience here. My 5 year old developed chest pain that was sudden and scared me. The front desk lady did not sense the urgency and told me to have a seat. But when I requested a nurse they came right away. All was well and I would recommend.
