I visited this Urgent for the first time today. It was very clean, the staff was extremely professional and nice. You can tell that they take pride in providing great care and treatment for the patients that walk in their doors. Having Fibromyalgia, you sometimes have bad experiences because the staff are not knowledgeable of your condition or assume you are seeking pain meds, but not here. They took their time and went slow and gentle because I was in so much pain and tender to touch. I would definitely recommend this clinic! Shout out to Erin, Janai, Alissa for being so amazing!!

My experience at this Urgent Care was exceptional! The first thing I noticed is how clean it is. The staff that worked with me (Becca/Erin) were great! My concern was addressed, and the appropriate actions were taken to get me back on track!

Medpoint was our savior today. My fiance was restless all last night and today due to extreme pain. Marylyn saw him, and was kind and informative as well as Kristina and Erica at the front desk. They instantly treated us with respect and understanding of our insurance situation as well, and gave us the best care we could have possibly received. Everyone was extremely helpful and we will definitely be coming here from now on.

First time being here today, the staff was incredibly nice, professional and knowledgeable from when I walked in until I walked out. Very clean facility and also very comfortable being in there. The doctor was very friendly and knew exactly what I needed to help me. I would recommend this place to everyone, including my mom which I did on the phone on my way home. 10/10.
