My husband and I went here today. Both tested positive for the flu. Receptionists was awesome as was the practitioner. It didn’t take long to be seen and scripts were called in. Don’t usually go to clinics but glad they are there when you need them. Would definitely recommend.

Avoid this place if at all possible. Not even going into the unprofessional receptionist phone educate but, they wanted to charge me $400 dollars just to verify I have a sinus infection and possibly write a prescription for antibiotics. (I didn't even get that far.) When I refused, suddenly its $300? Make it make sense. Perhaps the owner didn't correctly read my above review. How is that once I refuse to pay your outrages price, the price changes? Even by you own admission the second amount doesn't make sense or i shouldn't have even been required to pay the first amount to begin with. And I have used your service before. The front desk is very Rude. She doesn't acknowledge you when you enter their office. Walks away from counter an stay away awhile. Acts like she doesn't hear you when you talking to her. Wait without acknowledgement more than 30 minutes. Patient before me let me know how they treated her as well. Was rude before i was signed in. They could use Customer Service classes and skills. Hope the doctor is better than their front door service. Cross my fingers.

Im extremely suprised, all the reviews ive read online are extremely negative but it was a vastly different experience for me. Very fast and helpful. Went In after the emergency room nurses line said I need to be seen after still having issues from ear infection. They got me in really fast the doc new what she was doing and explained it's normal to have issues even after antibiotics.... she was right getting better after some time

Waited for over an hour at the beginning of the day to be seen, which isn't too bad. However, I had to pay in full right away. They said if my health insurance would pay for it, I would be reimbursed. So I did. I got the statement from my health insurance saying Urgent Care was paid 2 weeks later. Still waiting for the reimbursement 3 months later. THREE MONTHS. Called billing several times to no avail. Edited to add: I called my insurance and they immediately went to town on the clinic and I had an apology and my reimbursement check in a few days.
