Urgent Care MDs - Crosby

Been here multiple times & have only had one decent experience. The lady at the front is rude & extremely impatient. They have ridiculous policy’s and won’t let you know if they accept a certain type of insurance on the phone. Two weeks ago, they sent a bill & wouldn’t let me pay in full. This time, they said they will not send a bill bc they don’t do that. They make up the rules as they go. They argued with me saying my kids had never been here, when they have in fact been here at least 4 times. They were annoyed with me for asking questions. Not only to me, but over the phone too with another patient as well. Very disappointed.

My daughter was diagnosed with the flu. She went in on a Sunday evening so many of the pharmacies were closed. The prescription was sent to a 24 hour pharmacy, but when i went to pick up her medications, the pharmacy was out of the flu medication. I called Urgent Care MDs the following morning and they immediately sent in a prescription to a pharmacy that had the time sensitive medication. Thank you to all who worked to help my daughter get the care she needed.

They honestly are the worst, I went here once with my sister only for them to walk in 2 hours after we checked in and go “we can’t help you” . I hadn’t even said anything to the doctor yet about what the problem was. The receptionist is rude don’t ask her a question that isn’t simpler than what time is it or she’ll act like you asked her to do her job, which she obviously hates. Terrible service, terrible place, overall sucks.

They gave my husband excellent care. Definitely recommend.

Office workers, we’re pretty rude but the doctor was super nice and very helpful and really cared, went above and beyond, I was really tired so I didn’t get her name but I think the last name was khan would definitely deal with the office attitude again knowing the doctors actually care and are helpful
