The front desk, Leah A Very nice amazing got me checked in fast. My medical assistant was Drew. She is the sweetest it’s clean. It feels welcoming. Amanda is my provider. I recommend her. She did an amazing job if I could put 10 stars I would. i’ve been coming here for a long time. I recommend this place to anyone.

Last minute, after office hours, inexpensive sports physical with a fast, friendly, efficient experience. Exactly what I needed! Loved that we didn't need an appointment and still had a pretty perfect experience.

They were busy but we still didn't have to wait to long. X-ray was quick too. We have come many times here for myself and my daughter. It has been a great experience each time. The MAs and Doctor have been great each time.

The doctor and nurse who assisted me were absolutely amazing — caring, attentive, and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff and management was the complete opposite. The receptionist was unhelpful and dismissive. When I asked for the manager’s contact information, she first refused, then claimed she would provide it but instead left without following through. She also made me wait over 10 minutes while I was in severe pain, prioritizing other patients and excusing it with, “It was easier to register them, and because of the level of injury.” Since when does a receptionist determine medical urgency? I’ve had to visit Medallus urgent care three times in the past couple of weeks where they diagnosed me with pneumonia, and the care has been outstanding. They had me go back twice for X-rays to check on me and gave me further medication. Would definitely recommend this clinic all the staff and docs are excellent
