We arrived at the hospital at 3:00 PM for my wife, seeking urgent care. It has now been four hours, and we are still waiting with no updates. When we inquired about the wait time, the staff repeatedly responded, “We don’t know,” which was incredibly frustrating. Adding to our disappointment, I went to the ultrasound room to use the restroom, and it was completely empty—no patients or doctors. Despite this, we’ve been waiting four hours just for an ultrasound. For a facility branded as “urgent care,” the urgency is entirely lacking. It feels like they don’t care how sick or critical a patient’s condition might be. The lack of communication and prioritization is unacceptable. It seems that having insurance with them means endless waiting, with no regard for the patient’s needs. This is out

Everyone knows going to the urgent care is not fun & there is quite a wait time. However, I had an amazing experience with Donna Duran on 9/25/2025. She made me feel calm, relaxed & very comfortable. Thank you Donna!

I took my dad twice to the urgent care after a car accident. The first time he was given a ct scan. Fracture of the C7. That doctor was good. I took him again when more pain presented in other ares. Sometimes it takes a colons days. The doctor said, “scans are not necessary. It’s muscular and there’s nothing that can be done.” I took my dad to another outside Kaiser urgent care. He has a fracture to his rib. X-ray showed something on shoukder that the doctor wants my dad to ask his general doctor at Kaiser for a referral for orthopedics to see if an mri can be ordered to rule out a fracture because she couldn’t tell but saw something. She can’t pinpoint what it is, if anything.. Hopefully Kaiser actually takes care of him because they let him down when I took him over a week ago. They sho

My son and I brought my husband at Kaiser Urgent care because of severe coughing, body pain, lost of appetite, body weakness and frequent choking. The nurse got his blood pressure, oxygen level, and body temperature. They said it is normal so they did not do any further test to find out what's wrong. The doctor said it is just virus and my husband's immune system will just have to fight the virus. They did not give anything to help my husband deal with the virus. They sent us home and just advise my husband to take a rest and take over the counter cough medicines. My husband is already 74 years old. He is very weak and skinny. He is restless and cannot sleap. He cannot eat much because of his condition. We went to Kaiser Urgent Care so he can get treatment and proper care. However, we wer

During my visit, I encountered an employee named Emily who displayed a concerning attitude towards patients. Her demeanor came across as angry and unprofessional, which was alarming for everyone present. I observed her escalate situations with three different patients in a very short span of time. One incident involved a mother who was inquiring about the wait time for her son. Emily raised her voice at her, leading to unnecessary stress for the concerned parent, and even called security on her for simply asking a question. Another patient was on the phone with the corporate office to lodge a complaint about her wait time for her elderly mother. Emily responded rudely, stating that she did not work in customer service and did not need to provide that kind of support. This attitude is not
