Urgent Care | Kaiser Permanente San Diego Medical Center 2

We recently moved from Canada to San Diego, and today was our first visit to Kaiser Permanente for my child's medical care. From the front desk staff to the pediatrician, Dr. Yousif Robert, everyone was so kind and patient, and the service was incredibly efficient. We only waited ten minutes to see the doctor, which would be impossible in Canada. The staff even blew up balloons to help ease my child's anxiety. I'm so glad I chose Kaiser Permanente insurance for my child, and I'm grateful for Kaiser's excellent service and the doctor's superb skills!

Beautiful facility. Friendly care. Urgent care quickly identified I needed to go to the ER and was in a bed in a private room with a door not just a curtain. Staff was not just focused on the problem but also comfort.

Pleased with my experience and care received. Reception was swift and courteous. Nurses were kind and competent. Physician listened to my concerns and medical history and treated appropriately according to the standard of care. Pharmacy was efficient. Thank you.

Nurse placed cast too tight and caused nerve damage. Should have been done by someone qualified.

I got there a few minutes early and they said they couldn’t attend me that they should’ve come in two hours earlier so I don’t know why they close at 9 PM. They should post the services that they can give you at that time really pointless 40 minute drive for that they sent me the ER been with Kaiser for 18 years, it’s embarrassing
