Easy to check in to urgent care. Sometimes the wait can be long, other times I've only waited about 15min to be seen. Dr. Jarlath is the best that I've come across at this urgent care. He takes his time and answers any questions you may have. He even educated me and my boyfriend when we took our daughter in. He is one of the good doctors out there that actually listen to the patient's concerns.

I went to this Urgent Care several months ago and meant to write a review afterwards but forgot. I had a very good experience. The nurse was very kind and had a great sense of humor which put me at ease and the physician was thorough and explained things very well. I was in and out in about an hour. Very happy!

I came on a Friday evening for severe 10/10 epigastric pain, hunched over, couldn’t even walk or breathe. Checked in urgent care on first floor. Was told I had to go to 3rd floor to be seen. Ok, I made my way very slowly and painfully, to the third floor. Got examined, then told I had to go BACK to the 1st floor for imaging. On top of that, the LVN said, u better go soon before they closed. There was zero offer by any staff to take me down on a wheelchair, meanwhile several of them were just sitting there chatting. I was incredulous. Again I painfully made my way BACK down to the first floor where I was told to wait. The receptionist was not there and the front desk was closed, and the signs were not helpful, so I kept sitting there, wondering if I was even in the right place. I painfully

Earlier this year, I came here near closing time. I was told to get a chest X-ray. So, I went down to the Radiology Department, and I happened to be the last patient. The male technician instructed me to put on a gown but leave the back open, which I found to be very, very strange! It was confirmed that this is not something patients are asked to do. Recently, I’ve had another chest x-ray done at another Kaiser location. This time around, it was a female technician. I asked her if I had to leave my back open, and she said no. The male technician at this location was asking me to do something that was ABNORMAL, leaving me with an unsettling feeling even today. I wouldn’t come back to the Radiology Department here.

I was in severe pain from a previous auto accident and was seen in the urgent care by Dr. Armond Ohanian. He is the best helped me, caring and very professional. Love the Pasadena Kaiser Urgent Care always parking and great service. I highly recommend coming here.
