I don’t know how this place has 3.1 star rating. My experience here was very smooth and quick . I didn’t even have to wait 10 minutes from checking in to see a doctor . Everyone was so helpful and polite .

I had an excellent experience at KP-UC on SUNSET from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient, which made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. The UC was clean, organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere. Dr. VASHISHTHA was outstanding. He took the time to truly listen to my concerns without rushing, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my treatment options. I genuinely felt cared for and respected as a patient. The low ratings seem to mostly be about parking, which I sympathize with but don’t believe should affect the review of this place as a healthcare facility. Both times I’ve been here I’ve been seen quickly, by exclusively kind and upbeat staff. It’s always super clean, and there’s a pharmacy in the exact same spot. Really no faults in my experience. Would be better with free parking though :)

Not sure why this location only has a 3.0 rating — my experience was genuinely excellent. I came in for an urgent care visit, and everything was quick, clean, and professional. The check-in screen said my waiting time was about 45–60 minutes, but I was actually seen in less than 10 minutes. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. The environment was well-maintained. The receptionist, pharmacist, doctor and nurses were all friendly, caring, and efficient.

Go to a different Kaiser urgent care. I waited for 3 hours in the seat closest to the door and was told that my name was called 4 times (it was not). When I went to check on the status of my appointment because I saw people arrive after me go in, they made me check in again to wait a couple more hours.
