The urgent care at Kaiser has a typical wait time of 3-5 hours before you are seen. The medical professionals we have seen there have been 2 good to 5 bad. The professional with shaky hands like Parkinson's should never have been in charge of stitches or wound care. He over-glued my hubby's wound so it never healed right because he got glue inside the wound. Even with a positive d-dimer, they never ordered ultrasound of my legs so they missed my 4 blood clots for over 6 months and it was a new hired nurse practitioner who finally made that order against advice and saved my life. The urgent care over-refers patients to the ER for diagnostic testing, but the ER just discharges you if that test is negative and never gets to the bottom of what is going on. Very disappointed with service, the triage provider was dismissive and lacked professionalism as she said "you can do what you want" and telling me that I was fine, dismissing my medical concers while not actually listening to me as she said I needed to wait up to 4 hours to be seen by a doctor even thought there were at least 8 doctors available. The only positive experience was due to a receptionist named Emari, who cared enough to try to resolve my concers and went above and beyond as well as communicated with care and honesty. Overall it was a horrible experience. Kaiser needs to do better with hiring staff. Went to Palmdale regional urgent care instead and loved it, highly recommend this urgent care over Kaiser's, they were kind and professional and didn't have to wait hours like at

I have came to urgent care many times and despite there wait times I have been happy with my outcome. But today I walked in at 8am for urgent care for my 9 yr old child who literally walk in with a bag vomiting and tears of pain. And the security kicked us out cause of liability since urgent care does not start taking patients till 830 . This place is not equipped to support expecting mothers experiencing complications. Came in at 17 weeks pregnant with cramping, high risk pregnancy. I was told they could only use a doppler to check for HR. The nurse didnt know how to use it and found my HR instead. The doctor told her to try again because 100bpm is not normal for fetal HR. I didnt trust that nurse after that and requested an ultrasound which the doctor then responded that they or ER wouldn't do so I felt like they weren't taking my situation seriously. Ended up asking her to just refer me to ER and that I would advocate for myself there. Went to ER, where they did a full ultrasound and cervical check after learning my history, without giving me a hard time. I did wait a while but got concrete results. I wasted time at th

I've been vomiting and having diarrhea for a week and they didn't do anything but a blood test and asked me to wait in the waiting room, which was uncomfortable because I needed to lay down. I asked if the doctor could call me at home with the blood test results because i was in pain and uncomfortable and they said they can't guarantee that. It's just as bad as a regular ER.
