Yesterday, I had to visit urgent care, and from check-in to check-out the entire process took about 1 hour and 30 minutes—which I think is extremely reasonable for urgent care. The front desk staff, especially the lady with colored eyes (I didn’t catch her name), was very attentive. My nurses were also kind and efficient when taking my vitals. Dr. Perez asked about my symptoms, but having worked in the medical field for 15 years, I knew right away it was a sinus infection. I explained that I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time and asked if we could proceed with treatment. He completed a thorough exam, confirmed my concern, and I was soon on my way to the pharmacy. Had me waiting for 2 hours in urgent care. Its not fair that the "nurses" checking you in get to decide how long you wait in the waiting area depening on how "urgent" your visit is, some people barley show up and get called in right away like if my medical issue isn't a priority

I went to urgent care. The doctor tried to gaslight me into saying that my vitals were fone and the stress was from my multiple sclerosis. That I've internalized my stress... oh wow, thats why I have trouble sleeping and dry mouth: because of my internalized stress. I kept telling him im not stressed but he kept repeating that I dobhave internalized stress.

Services on point..no wasted time. Staff very efficient and respectful. Has smile all the time. I've shared your place to my coworker .

Went for a crtical issue. Frondesk, Nurses are caring. Had to wait more than 2 hrs to see the doctor.
