Urgent Care - Inwood

Overcharged. Didn't do anything no bloodworm or urine test. I have used my insurance and I received a bill of $480 then I called my insurance Co. This urgent care charged me for blood work which they haven't done. They gave 1 medication for dizziness charge $45 for 1 capsule and doctor fee for administered 1 meds in the house $145. Before I moved to WV. I always go to Patient First I didn't pay anything with my the same insurance even with lab work. So, when I got my billby mail .I contacted them if I pay by debit card my bill willl reduce to $320 but if it's credit card I have to pay the full price. What a Scam.Stay away on this urgent care.

I really tried to not write a review for this place, but after what I experienced today I had to write one. So for starters, me and my girlfriend came up earlier around 2pm, no appointment yet, but just wanted to walk in, they took info and a phone number and said it would be an hour and a half wait for walk in, so I asked if they could just check us in line and call us, as we don't want to sit in a room full of sick people, she said no, and that there was no way of setting up appointments. We go out to the car, set up an appointment for 5:16 online via the website, we arrive 10 minutes early like it said to, oh now there's a 45 minute wait even with my appointment, another lady with her son that has asthma issues and had an appointment and they pushed them back as well, they've been here

I just went in to Urgent Care as you can see they are open and don’t close for 20 minutes. However, I was turned away at the desk and told they are no longer seeing patients tonight because they are full…..you may also be able to see the parking lot where there are NO cars! Nor were there any patients in the waiting area or coming out the doors. I explained I was wheezing and having trouble swallowing, their response was….we open at 8am tomorrow morning! WVU is this really how people should be treated? Essentially telling them to go somewhere else?! This facility is a DISGRACE!!

Scheduled an appointment online, showed up at the appropriate time frame, registered and waited approx 10 minutes before being called to the back. Was assessed, taken to a room, and maybe waited another 5 minutes before a doctor came in to see me. Dr. Did there assessment, spoke of medical issue and was given a prescription. Was at the facility a total of 35 minutes prior to discharge. Have been here before and everything was as described above. Very happy with there services.

I have come to this urgent care many times in the last decade to receive immediate treatment for my kids and myself for things like strep, UTIs, etc. I have never had a significant reason to complain. But on Monday they failed miserably, almost costing my son his entire future. I took him in for a large rash on his arm. The girl who checked him, I believe her name was Alexis, looked at him for half a beat and determined it was a bullseye from a tick bite. She prescribed him 10 days of doxycycline. I pressed her to make sure it was definitely lyme and couldn't be anything else and I confirmed with her that completeing this round of antibiotics would clear him of the infection, with minimal concern for any future health complications. She confirmed. I was grateful to have caught it early an
