Rose P. deserves all the praise and recognition for the success of this organization. I cannot say enough good things about this woman!!! Seriously, she is everything you would want when it comes to having a healthcare service support you and guide you. In a world full of AI and automated messages, Rose quite literally is the biggest breath of fresh air I've had in a long time. I'm currently having to help care for my grandparents and as we all know, the elderly gets confused and doesn't really understand the complexities of heath care anymore. Long story short; my grandmother fell, gashed her arm, had to go to urgent care, and she forgot to give the team her Medicare/insurance...so, it was not attached to her bill. Rose has been a HUGE help when it has come to getting her bill taken care

I had a very stressful health related series of tests and Ms. Powell was so caring and helpful to me. Her kindness, compassion, and professional attitude were so appreciated. She made the process so much better and she helped me with every question I had in a timely manner. Most importantly, she treated me like a real person!

I've traveled through a few states along the east coast and found different brands that are all associated with this group. Every one of them had nice staff and took care of my one-off urgent care needs. Sometimes injuries other times plain old colds and flu. Hoping they keep growing so I can always find such great care.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I'm a veteran and needed to aquire a copy of my medical records. They charged me $25 and I never received my records. The numbers on the website are for a different company.... I canceled my card and reported them to the fraud department.
