It makes sense that this location has a 3.1 star review. If I could’ve given 0 stars, that’s what it would’ve got. The staff changes more often than the weather. Advocating for yourself is pointless when the provider does not listen to you. This is not my favorite urgent care due to the extremely long wait times at this location but it was my last option on a Saturday. Only to be disappointed going in for just an antibiotic not pain pills just antibiotic for a sinus infection. I’m a single mom that’s sick and busy just trying to feel better. I need convenience and this was not convenient at all. It’s sad when you seek medical attention that you really need only to be told to follow up with a primary physician. I visited St. S's Urgent Care in Dearborn County this morning for symptoms that suggested a urinary tract infection. Suzanne K. APRN quickly and efficiently confirmed this and started my antibiotic treatment. Her demeanor and medical competence were excellent, and this was an entirely pleasant and successful visit.

Place closes at 8. I arrived at 7 and am told the doctor won’t take any more patients because she’s booked. “She needs to leave at 8,” says the receptionist. “You’ll have to go to the ER.” I would give 0 stars is I could because never in my life have I been turned away from getting care because the doctor is not taking any more patients when the place is still open. If you’re open till8, you take patients til 8. I went elsewhere and had great care. Decided it was better off that way. Why would I trust a doctor who’s more concerned with leaving than ensuring she’s giving medical care to the people in her office. What a joke.

Why have a list for you to sign in if you are not going to use it. My poor daughter sat there for 30 mins waiting for someone to call her name. There was a line when we walked in so we followed the instructions to sign in and be seated. Well the front desk never even looked at the list and kept just checking in people. Also you are promoting sick people to stand close together and allowing people to hear each other’s personal information which I think that’s a HIPAA violation. I believe that signing in and having seat services for many different functions.

This review is for Sheryl who works in laboratory services. She was extremely patient and kind. I was in active addiction for years and messed up my veins pretty badly unfortunately. She didn't pass judgment whatsoever and was very kind and talked me through the entire process. Normally it takes awhile to find an area to draw blood from but she did it immediately and with great care. I absolutely recommend everyone asking for her if you need any lab work done.
