Urgent Care Fort Lauderdale: Dr. G's Urgent Care

These guys are hardworking, efficient, and truly customer-oriented. Out of five urgent care centers I contacted in the evening, they were the only ones who responded quickly and were actually willing to help. I needed pre-surgery clearance — including bloodwork, X-ray, and other tests — just a few days before my deadline. Most clinics would take weeks to even get a primary care appointment, but they handled everything the same day, walk-in. Even with my tight business schedule, they worked around my timing, took all necessary samples, and got things done fast and professionally. The whole team was friendly, efficient, and focused on helping, not on bureaucracy. That level of professionalism and care is rare these days. Big respect to the team.

Stay away from this clinic when it come to immigration medical package. Made exam with them in July, paid over $800, requested a copy of it again due to my package being lost. They charged me $250, and after words start playing games saying I need vaccinations all over again! There is no speaking to them, civil surgeon of this location is trash and unprofessional! The story here better when I called and said I no longer need your services and told them to refund $250, they had me on hold more 20 mints, I just had to take it with my bank. I also did file a complain with health department for HIPPA violention! Upon arrival on a Saturday morning , I was greeted by the receptionist with a miserable face on. She handed me basically an encyclopedia to fill in and then sat awaiting entry. I had a brief meeting with an entry person asking all the same questions that were on the forms I just spent 25 minutes filling in and then waited for Morgan, a nurse practitioner. I asked her if I could see a Doctor (visiting a clinic called Dr. G’s) and the answer was a firm NO. She diagnosed me with what she felt I had. She gave me three (3) medications to fulfill and sent them to my pharmacy and sent me on my way. After an hour at the pharmacy, the pharmacist told me he never received the prescriptions, so I called the clinic back and it turned out, the clinic sent it to the wrong pharmacy. Great Urgent Care. Efficient and quality care. Unfortunately the X-ray showed nothing. Glad they prescribed an MRI. I ended up with a fractured tibia, torn meniscus and sprained ACL. I will absolutely return to Dr. G next time I need urgent care!!! Thank you!
