Urgent Care for Kids | Mansfield

NP Elise Porras was wonderful during our visit. My son was sick and wheezing, and she took the time to sit with me and explain everything clearly. She carefully evaluated him, prescribed the medicine he needed, and made sure I understood exactly what was going on and how to care for him at home. I really appreciated that she answered all of my questions without rushing me. It made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. We felt heard, cared for, and in very good hands.

Outstanding customer service. We were in and out within 30 minutes, which was greatly appreciated. The staff took excellent care of my child during her visit and provided an efficient and effective solution to help her feel better. They're so nice here, always going above and beyond for their patients. We did a virtual visit today and NP ended up finishing her order with 2 lollipops and a duck 😆 so sweet. My daughter doesn't like going to the doctor but they make it bearable and it's always very quick. The front office personal was over the top fantastic today, she helped me navigate the insurance and managed saving me some money too. Thanks to this group of people here.

I’ll be honest. We were a little nervous when we walked in, and the appointment times were not appointment times. However, the doctor who saw our daughter was extremely knowledgeable and took time to answer our 82 questions without even seeming like they wanted to leave. We had scheduled our primary after but ended up canceling because we felt so much better after our appointment here. Our daughter was on the mend in 24-48 hours. Thank you for taking your Sunday to take care of our family!

This was the worst experience. I made an appointment- no one in waiting in the waiting area but they were slow getting to my child. Saw her coughing and nausea never asked was she ok or needed anything. The MA didn’t get my child’s blood pressure and thought I was ok with it. I had to mention it again to get a reading. The provider that saw my child - I was NOT satisfied with the diagnosis. A waste of $75 because I still need to see someone else to get a clear and sound diagnosis. More money out of pocket. Terrible experience!! Never again!
