Urgent Care for Kids | Katy - Morton Ranch

We visited urgent care for my 4-year-old, and Seema was absolutely amazing. She was patient, gentle, and very reassuring, which made a stressful sick visit much easier for both my child and me. She took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made sure my child felt comfortable throughout the visit. Her professionalism and compassion truly stood out. I would highly recommend Seema to any parent needing urgent care for their child.

I love coming to this Urgent Care for kids. Very convenient for families with small children. It’s very homey, we’ve gotten a consistent feeling of being welcomed when arriving. The reception (sorry forgot the reception name but she has always there) is always helpful and nice. Dr. Seema was great, she definitely put me at ease today during our visit. Everything was done in a timely fashion. We’ve only been here twice and can honestly say I’m glad they’re in the area to service people. Thank you all so much

The recipetionist was sweet, the doc was great. My input is about the clinic. I was treated like a account, not a person. I got overcharged for $150, should be $50...no remorse from the manager. I had insurance but my 'type' was not covered??? They did not have the means to test kids much... just flu strep covid...not happy with blue cross as well with the knit picking on how they design their insurance plans.. united health is better.

Everything was quick and fast seen very quick NP JJ was very observant with treating my daughter, and explained the process. The MA Gennis was nice and caring and took her time with the swabbing test and the front desk girl Pearl was nice and helpful with getting checked in. Will continue to come here.

Love this Urgent Care for my kids! The check-in is very easy and quick when scheduling an appointment online. The front desk lady is very sweet and kind and the nurses and doctors are always very helpful when coming here. I always say that I wish that Dr. Ahmed Seema was our PCP! She’s always attentive and hears us through without rushing and cares for my girls! Definitely recommend and will always be back!
