Urgent Care for Kids

I arrived approximately five minutes early for my scheduled check-in time and completed the necessary paperwork before my son’s appointment. Unfortunately, I was not called in until thirty minutes past my scheduled appointment time, and then I had to wait an additional hour and a half to see the doctor. While the staff was courteous and apologized for the delays, I was repeatedly informed that the doctor would see us shortly. Overall, I spent nearly two hours at the facility, which was quite frustrating as a new nursing mother. When the doctor finally met with us, I was informed that I would receive our discharge paperwork and a school note via email. I had a disappointing experience at this urgent care and will not be returning. Despite having an appointment, we waited nearly 70 minutes to see the nurse practitioner, even though the clinic did not appear particularly busy. The front desk was staffed by a single person who was often away from the desk and not very helpful when present. The intake process was frustrating. We were required to complete approximately 15 pages of paperwork, much of it repetitive, and were even asked to provide a Social Security number as mandatory, which felt inappropriate and unnecessary for urgent care. Just left here after a nursemaids elbow incident with our son. The staff was kind, patient and ever so warm. We are so thankful to have stumbled upon here as we will continue our visits should we have an impromptu meeting again. Thank you so much for your time, respect and for helping our son feel (almost instantly) better!

Great experience. The office staff was friendly and got us in quickly. Doctor was also friendly and we got in and out fast.

I booked an appointment online for 3:30 on a Saturday. I completed the forms and did everything online. An hour before the appointment I received a call from the office saying they close at 5 pm and they basically told me that they weren't going to see my daughter and wanted me to cancel because they were backed up. That is unacceptable and there is no point of making an appointment because they aren't going to honor it. I ended up taking my daughter to PM Pediatric Urgent care and they treated her.
