Urgent Care for Children

Super clean, lovely receptionist, the nurse, and the physician were both very loving towards my little girl. Listened to me about our symptoms, and confirmed my feelings. Quick and easy to make an appointment online, definitely using this place every single time! - a very happy mom

We had a great experience on Friday. The front desk associate was patient and kind to my screaming child and the PA (Mary) was also incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Our entire visit was only about 30 mins and We received the care and treatment plan we were seeking.

Our son had a fever and was very drowsy with flu like symptoms. We are from Texas and on vacation, so we were worried about what to do. We went in and the first person to greet us, the receptionist, was so kind and warm. The nurse was so good with our 22 month old. She had to do three swabs, and she was gentle, kind, and made our son feel safe. The nurse practitioner was also so great with our son and made him feel safe. They then called a few days later to check on our son to see how he was progressing. My wife and I are so grateful for them and can’t say enough nice things about them.

I brought my daughter in because she had a cough, sneezing, runny nose, and a slight headache. The doctor tested her for COVID and flu both were negative. Because I had been sick a few weeks prior, I didn’t feel comfortable leaving without a more thorough evaluation or treatment plan. What concerned me most was the lack of completeness during the visit. The doctor said she was going to check my daughter’s throat but never did. Instead, she repeatedly told me, “It’s that time of the season,” and suggested sticking with basic over-the-counter medication. When I asked if there was anything she could prescribe stronger than Claritin or Robitussin, she immediately said no. I work in a hospital myself, and although I’m not a nurse or a doctor, I see mistakes and oversights happen all the time.

My daughter woke up with fever and a bad cough. I remembered this urgent care from passing by and decided to give it a try since I was unable to get in with her pediatrician. The staff from the front desk receptionist, to the medical assistant, as well as the Nurse Practitioner was amazing!! Everyone was so helpful and friendly! I highly recommend this urgent care.
