Urgent Care Down East - Greenville

The front desk and PA Alison B. Ciezsko , PA-C were great! They tested me for COVID and flu and both were negative. They also did and upper chest X-Ray which was also negative. Alison wrote out an RX for an anti-biotic, but only recommended I take if Mucinex DM doesn’t help in 5-7 days. Alison also was able to recommend Eastern Radiology to me for my ankle injury that my primary care physician gave me an order for as well. Overall, Alison was very friendly and very thorough. I will definitely come back here and recommend this office for the future needs of my family or myself. Thank you!

I was extremely satisfied with the level of care my daughter received from Dr. Allison today. She communicated clearly, listened attentively, and maintained a compassionate, positive attitude throughout the entire visit. After a very disappointing virtual appointment earlier in the day, our experience at Down East Urgent Care in Greenville, NC was a complete contrast. Dr. Allison promptly evaluated my daughter, took her symptoms seriously, obtained a urine sample, confirmed the UTI, and prescribed appropriate medication. My daughter experienced noticeable relief shortly afterward, confirming that her condition was both real and treatable. Hello, I went to urgent care this past Monday as an ECU student. First time at an urgent care alone and i felt very well taken care of. Customer service was great, they were very comforting and reassuring for me. They were very determined on giving me a diagnosis and provided me with antibiotics to help me through the rest. We had a wonderful experience from the time we walked in the door to the time we left. It was my very first time ever visiting this particular office. The experience was very quick and easy, straight to the point and what I loved the most, was no appointment needed. They take walk-ins with no long waiting. The entire visit didn't take long at all. Should I need future urgent care services, I will be going there for now on.

I had an awesome visit experience from the sweet, and friendly check in Associate, to the four friendly/caring Women who took great care of me during my exam. The time in the waiting room was surprisingly short, and I was seen right away in the exam room. My very first visit at an Urgent care where I was the patient was pleasant. I would Highly recommend visiting this particular establishment.
