Urgent Care Cure at Silverleaf

Today was my family’s second encounter here and both were amazing! We had the same PA both times and love Ian Neuhaus. A few months ago he diagnosed my daughter’s broken hand which was her first broken bone. She was made to feel so at ease and he was so complimentary and compassionate to her. Today I went in because I thought I had a cold but my heart rate spiked so I got nervous and went in. I loved Alondra and Mr. Ian yet again. He explained everything perfectly to us. He diagnosed me and recommended vitamins (not drugs/vaccines). I really would love him to be our family doctor. The paperwork at the urgent care was minimal and got right back. Nothing negative to say!

Great online appointment system, and when entering the facility was attended very quickly and no long wait. When being seen the visit was very friendly, professional, and addressing all your concerns. And best of all there was a follow up call the day after to see how I was doing, which is rare to find these days.

I took my six year old daughter to Silver Leaf Urgent Care and I just have to say that it was the best experience I've ever had with any doctor. Starting with Alondra who signed me in. She is so friendly and understanding. She got me back to a room right away (which is very clean and comfortable) and then she is also the one who got all of my daughter's info. (Height, weight, temperature, ect.) When the doctor came in, he greeted us in such a warm way. He actually listened to what I had to say rather than just dismiss me. He treated me like family. Dr. Ian Neuhaus is my very favorite doctor I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I recommend this place 100%!

Everyone was great, from the front desk to my doctor visit. Time there was great as well, very little wait & doctor was excellent. Rx called in and picked up n less than an hour. Also, just got a follow up call this morning which was very impressive! I try not to use urgent cares if possible, but needed to while starting our vacation in Fla. This clinic was great & I definitely recommend them if needed!

Great experience. 100% recommend. It was easy to get an online appointment and they took our insurance. They spent time listening, diagnosing, and answering all our questions. They even called to check on my child the next day. I pass other urgent care clinics to go here.
