Urgent Care Cure at Saint Johns

Highly recommend this location for urgent care needs. I have been 3 times over a several year span and have had a nice experience. Once for Covid, once for a UTI once for arm fracture. Xray on site had my results within an hour. PA Nick is so nice saw him 2/3 times. Nick did a good job of putting my arm in a hard splint. Front desk girl was the same each time which is rare, she was so nice always asking what book I was reading and had a sweet positive personality. Received a follow up phone call the next day all 3 times to check in on me.

My wife and I have used Urgent Care Cure 3 or 4 times now and have been very happy with our visits. Each time we received prompt attention (we made appointments online) and were given sufficient time with the medical provider. They also correctly diagnosed the issues and we received the treatment that corrected the problems. This last time PA Taylor Haines even located the lowest cost pharmacy to obtain our RX. We previously also received good care from PA Lindsey and PA Nick Evans. Medical Assistant and Front Desk Staffer Kaitlin Patchet has been very competent, friendly, helpful and humorous 😄. Obviously we would recommend them for anyone’s Urgent Care needs.

Kaitlyn, Shaun, and Dustin were awesome! Came in freaking out, they relaxed me on the spot! Very nice people. I have never been in and out of an Urgent Care place in my life. Everybody was great! Would highly recommend!

Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience - Avoid, Especially with Children I am writing this review with a heavy heart because I left in tears, feeling so poorly treated as a mother. If you need to take your child somewhere to be seen quickly and for something simple, please, do NOT take them to Urgent Care at Saint John's. Just trust me. We arrived today at approximately 12:00 PM. I stood at the front desk with my two young children for about 10 minutes with no one in sight to assist us. There was no one else in the waiting area, and the front desk was completely unattended. Eventually, "Alondra" checked us in. UPDATE BELOW: This place was fine up until my last visit. I was in a car accident and received x-rays which were inconclusive even though the pain persisted. Called back to see if I could get a referral for an MRI and was completely ghosted. Had to go somewhere else to receive treatment after finding out I had a pretty severe injury. Just wish I had been taken seriously sooner. Update: The owner actually reached out to me to investigate and assure me that the events that took place should not happen again. It is rare that you get someone that cares enough to reach out to you. I will give this place another chance should I need it.
