Urgent Care Clinic

I would give zero stars there was 2 people in waiting when arrived. Went in room 15 minutes after arriving and over hour in the room waiting. Coughing my head off. Refus3d covidntest they was not happy did let them do strep im a 44 year old women who has blood chronic bronchitis for 30 plus years I felt sick I see a regular dr very often Im prescribed allergy medicine and lady dr said need to change my allergy medicine and try give me cough meds that dont work she was rude and acted like she wanted to put me in my place right away because I asked front office if Jeff was still there. I told her to bill insurnace and came next door where Jeff Hamblin is . Amazing ... bronchitis no way . Do not go there. Her smart remark was what was your expectations. Ummm well listen to what I'm saying .

Worst urgent care I’ve ever been to. The name xpress wellness is a joke. They need another doctor and more help. Waited for 1 1/2 hours and people were going ahead of me. Get another place for sick people in Durant!

Turned us away an hour before they close because the dr didn't feel like seeing anymore patients. So just beware don't actually close at 6:30. Will not ever be back. We drove 30 minutes trying to make it after the front desk told me we'd be fine. If I could give zero stars I would. Just be clear, I get it if they were swamped. There wasn't a single car in the parking lot, or patient in there.

Do not go to this urgent care. The staff is extremely rude. The nurse who took my temperature, blood pressure, etc. talked to as if I were a dog. “Sit.”, “Hand.”, “In there.” It was extremely unprofessional. I went in with possible strep symptoms, and they didn’t even test me for it. They looked in my throat for literally 5 seconds and then said it was a sinus infection. 3 days later, my sister with whom I live tested positive for strep somewhere else. Needless to say, this urgent care in extremely unprofessional, inaccurate, and dismissive. Do not go here!

Went there today was a 2 hour wait. Covide strep etc. When I was called the nurse was extremely friendly. After they treated me they were giving me a steroid shot another nurse gave me the shot and she was extremely pleasant and professional. The Dr was also great. We all have to understand they work on there feet all day. I think they do a great service with the amount of sick people with covid etc.
