Urgent Care Center

Zero stars I've been coming here for over 21 years and this will be the last time I ever come here .been waiting in my car for three hours .why in my car you ask .no idea we have no Covid symptom so it don't make sense . So now I e been waiting so long that it's to late for me to go to any other urgent care around . Literally has been empty since I got here what are we really doing rn .

Watched everyone get called for going on three hours due to “not having an appointment.” The room had zero patients at one point as we waited… someone showed up later and they took them right away, we still weren't called back. The front desk MA and the MA calling people back talked about how I’ve been waiting.. I asked them should I come back another day?? One of them said we would be next . Nearing three hours I decided to leave with my toddler. Upon seeing other reviews this is clearly a poor system that needs work. I doubt this will happen and I doubt this will do anything to make a change but here it is!

Staff are loud and talk with other coworkers while helping patients check in. They ask you why you’re here and say it back very loud to where half the waiting room can hear. I also don’t like how you’re being checked for your vitals and pulse behind a curtain in the waiting room. Maybe it’s too expensive but there needs to be more professionalism.

The doctor I had here was very nice she herd my needs. I don't remember her name but she no longer works there. Went to urgent care it was ok quiet. I was in and out. In the daytime they do kinda lag and a lil rude but do talk alot. There's only one receptionist I can talk to there or she just trys to help more then others. So in my experience a 3. Prolly would of been a 4 if receptionist was better. My doctor experience was a 4

I came in 8:10pm only one person was in the lobby waiting to be seen and they said they were at they full capacity, they really trying to leave before 9pm … not caring about they patients health at all
