I was so disappointed in coming here... I was pushed to the ground at work and had massive swelling on the top of my hand/wrist. I came into this establishment and the most they did was have me grab 2 thumbs and squeeze - ice and PT. I got an xray my 2nd visit but no damage was seen by my Dr's. I asked for an MRI from the beginning but it was pushed off so long I didnt get said MRI until 2 months after the incident. When the results came in, a Dr. Called me to me say they see a small fracture, and I need to come in ASAP. I was put into a splint after 8 weeks of PT and was told to wear until I saw a specialist. I was making great progress with PT and was feeling good about it, but listened to the educated professional, as this is a workers comp case - I didnt want to go out of the lines a

DO NOT GO HERE. Waste of time and money. 600$ later my son was Xray'd and loosely wrapped and given a CD and told to follow up with his PCP. A few things: Wouldn't look up my insurance (Tricare doesn't provide a physical card for dependents). Should have been my first red flag. They can easily call or look it up by sponsor social. Argued with her for 10 mins. Told them I'd just pay out of pocket. Asked for estimates on all items and approved the visit cost and Xray. The wrap was just a soft wrap they called an "orthopedic wrap" and charged me 140$ for. He has to see his primary to then go to ortho. I would have been better off going to the ER - where they would have casted it. My mistake for choosing this place and not immediately leaving when they gave me the run around about insurance. "

Denied Urgent Care Due to Unknown Billing Issue – Incredibly Poor Administration!!!! I visited Folsom Urgent Care seeking care for an urgent medical need, key word is urgent. My issue is purely with the administrative process, which failed spectacularly at a time when I needed quick access to healthcare. Upon check-in, I was informed that I had an outstanding, unpaid bill. This was the first notification I had received regarding this debt. I understand that mistakes are made so I asked to pay the outstanding balance. The problem escalated immediately when they then denied me service despite my urgent medical need, the administrator stated I could not be seen until the outstanding bill was resolved, yet they wouldn't let me pay! How ludicrous of a policy is this? I'm sitting their in agony

I came in for a flu test and while I was there the receptionist, (I think her name was Lesly) was utterly disrespectful and rude to patients as they asked questions. I asked her about my insurance and she had seemed upset about me asking. She scoffed and continued to look at her computer. I sat down and then witnessed a man struggling with his English needing help, he had a young child try to help and she was saying things like “so are you going to be seen or what” “do you understand, why are you here is you can’t communicate.” She had zero mannerism. As myself and others are in the waiting room, we can hear her talking about her dislike for people and how “people are just stupid and annoying”. Not welcoming at all. Wanted to leave but already paid a co-pay. Never again.

I showed up with an ear infection and no physical medical card. They were very nice and polite and helped look up my info. I was put into the back room after not much wait and once there i didn't wait very long before the doctor came in checked me out asked questions and got me some meds. Pretty fast and efficient I am pleasantly surprised
