Urgent Care by Phone

This was my first time using urgent care by phone. Dr. Cory was so gracious and kind. He made the process of meeting my health needs very easy to take care of. He knew right away what my diagnosis was after a few brief questions. Thank you!

When our daughter’s bug bite suddenly appeared to be infected and all urgent cares were closed due to New Year’s Eve, we happened upon Urgent Care by Phone. Apprehensive to say the least we knew it was the only option outside of driving to the nearest ER an hour away. I called and PA Cory picked up immediately and in less than 5 minutes was collecting photos and providing a plan to address the issue. Not only that but he had antibiotics sent to the pharmacy immediately giving me a chance to get them before they closed less than an hour from when the prescriptions were called in. Outstanding is an understatement. I actually felt like he cared and he’d never seen or heard from me prior to my dialing the number.
