Urgent Care BHC

They never Their phones that’s extremely unprofessional. I’ve never Had this type of issue with any other doctors office. This is the only one. At first, I thought it was just because they might be on their lunch break but this is all the time thing when I call I can never get through yet when I go over there there’s somebody sitting right by the phone Ironic enough. And don’t get me started on the up keep Of the doctors office. I always switch doctors because this was the closest to home. The doctors are amazing but the telephone triage nurses aren’t doing anything really. Please do your job better not everybody wants to walk their butt up and make an appointment in person. That’s freaking ridiculous. Is it not ?

I have been trying to make an appointment for 2 weeks.And they never return your call, definitely gonna report you guys

THIS IS NOT AN URGENT CARE! The big red sign out front that says "URGENT CARE" should say "doctors office." I found this out the hard way after waiting a half hour for a loud transient who came in AFTER me but was helped first due to her impatience. I was then turned away since I didn't have an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous!

Rude and Very unprofessional, the worst experience ever. I will not be bringing my child back. Good luck with reaching them over the phone. Deserve 0 stars and to be put of business
