I Give 5 stars because this is the best Doctor in Lehigh Acres "Dr. Axel Ruiz is absolutely phenomenal and the team, Rolando the best wound care specialist, Yordania in the main from desk very friendly and kind, Virginia office manager she is absolutely excellent and resolved my mom Oxygen equipment and supplies and Camila very kind too. All team took the time to listen to all my concerns about my mom and the excellent good care never made me feel rushed, and explained my treatment plan in a way I could easily understand. I felt truly valued and safe place for my mom. Staff, Efficiency & Atmosphere. I was so impressed with the service. Thank guys and blessings every day for care my mom!

I am beyond disappointed with this urgent care. I called ahead to confirm whether they were accepting walk-ins. The person on the phone explicitly said yes, asked when I would arrive, and told me “Great, see you then.” When I arrived within the hour, the front desk employee was immediately dismissive and rude, barely acknowledging me. When I explained that I had called ahead and was told to come in, she flatly said they were not taking walk-ins. When I asked why I would have been told to come in if that were the case, she shrugged and said, “Maybe they didn’t really check.” That response showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, or basic compassion. People do not go to urgent care for fun. I was there because I needed medical help, and instead I was treated like an incon

I am really glad that found this clinic instead of going to the ER. I was pretty sick. The care was as good as the hospital, without having to wait forever, did have to wait my 30 minutes or so but it was well worth it! Definitely the service was above and beyond. All of the people there are really nice, and the place is super clean (which is so important.) From the front desk to behind the scenes in the exam rooms everyone was spectacular. These people listen, make eye contact, and are actually empathetic. I am an Practice Nurse and I have really high expectations, because I treat people like they are family. Let me tell you, they will not disappoint. Five stars for Urgent and Convenient Care! Hope doesn’t need you in the future, but I will certainly return if so.

I've come to this clinic a few times. The staff has been professional and courteous. I get in and out in under two hours. I wish the waiting room was larger, but they are doing the best the can with the space they have. Overall, good experiences, would and have recommend to a friend.

Horrible place to go! You will be waiting for ever and the doctor which is not a doctor is a nurse practitioner is very slow! And has an attitude when she can’t understand you in Spanish and the medical assisted are trying to translate! She doesn’t appreciate the employees at all on the other hand all the girls who work there are very good and try to manage the crazy environment. I should of listen to other people who told me not to go here…
