If I could leave this pharmacy no stars I would. Coming in to fill a strip because it was snowing and wasn't sure if I was going to Tops pharmacy or not. The tall Guy had an a attitude and the so called tech had one when I went in to ask a question. I wanted to make a medication was available before I had it filled. I had on a mask and I guess I wasn't speaking up loud enough for them. I didn't want to yell. Got my medication sent over and waited and this dude said I had an attitude because I asked to confirm the co pay. If you need to speak to someone come from behind the desk and talk at the windows. Talking about I have a few second before my script is put back. Me coming there is helping you!!! You're a small business and you need patients like me. I will not be getting anything filled

They do not return phone calls when you leave them a message. They do not tell you if there is an error with your prescription. They do not contact the doctor. If there is an error with a prescription they just feel it the way they want to they have no professionalism they think playing with people’s meds and their health is a laughing matter since they decided the owner decided to keep snickering while I’m speaking to him and then wondering why I’m getting aggravated doing so Would not answer a question that I was asking him kept beating around it, but then didn’t want me to be aggravated or frustrated when I’ve called multiple times and left multiple messages for them to ignore. They did not even inform the doctor that the script was written wrong. They just filled it the way that they f

Veronica and the rest of her team are awesome. Never running out of medications like other pharmacies (that I will not mention)....The 0rders are always ready and on time and they're friendly, helpful, hardworking....the customer comes first. I no longer go to Care Medical in the same building, but was told I could absolutely still get my scripts filled there. they are located on Niagara Street. Everyone needs to know about this place and try it out. you wont regret it. Its "small town" customer service like the way pharmacies used to be. Truly caring. Thank you to Dr. Vasquez for having the smarts and the determination to open this pharmacy..

As always this pharmacy is top notch. These techs and pharmacists are young, enthusiastic, hard working, reliable...they know their stuff. They're not cranky and irritable, and they never run out of your medication (unlike other pharms). You don't sit around and wait for hours or days to get it filled. Always a pleasant smile and you can tell they really do care. Theyre on Niagara street in the Care Medical building. Do yourself a favor and try them out. You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTEED.

Since I have been a patient at Urban Health, they are always on top of getting me my refills. Everyone there is professional and very helpful, always with a kind word and a smile.
