UR Medicine Urgent Care – Noyes Health

Absolute BEST care we’ve received anywhere! My husband cut his hand pretty badly Wednesday, he was taken right in and we were all done in a little over an hour. Mary was amazing! Not that I want to, but if I need emergency treatment, this is where I’ll go from now on. GREAT STAFF! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

NP Amy was extremely condescending the entire time and very dismissive. My son had an obvious infection in his foot and she insisted he was fine and just to soak it in water. He was in a lot of pain and she had zero compassion. I explained that he had green puss oozing from the area and she still insisted he was fine. We were sent home with cream and a still very infected wound. 0/10 do not recommend her. The nurses and receptionist were very friendly and helpful. I'm not sure why they allow Amy to still continue practicing here when there have been so many complaints. She's going to dismiss someone who needs serious help and cause someone actual harm one of these times!

Do not go here! As a nurse myself I came to urgent care to get check out and was immediately dismissed by Amy Bridge, NP. She was incredibly condescending and just told me to drink more water after I told her my concerns with my symptoms. The nurse that got my vitals was very nice and pleasant! I ended up going to the Thompson ER (highly recommend) the same day, and they actually diagnosed and treated me based on my symptoms. But as a nurse, no patient should be treated like that by a provider. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!

Sat in the waiting room over an hour. No other patients. Dr's pretty much just dont care and take their sweet time. Patient needs dont come first. Let alone a child's. I hate coming here. 😒 if there was an option for zero stars thatd be it. This place doesnt deserve a single star. Let's chit chat at our desk and not help the 4 year old with an ear infection .

Amy, Crystal, XRay Technician and the ladies at the front desk were all kind, professional and my entire visit was efficient. Going to urgent care can be a very daunting experience especially when ill but the staff made this experience better than anticipated. Thank you!
