I came here from Brockport, NY. I was originally intended to have a ureteroscopy at Strong Hospital in Rochester, NY, but the surgery date was too far out. I ended up finding a surgeon (Dr. Zaheer Alam) and he had an opening at this location. Several things to note here…. 1.) Dr. Zaheer Alam is an amazing surgeon and urologist! This was the first time I ever met him, and his bedside manner and overall abilities as a surgeon are phenomenal! Highly recommend! 2.) The staff, from the nurses to the anesthesiologist, to the front desk, were all great and highly professional! 3.) The facility is well maintained, and very comfortable. Not too big, which makes it feel less chaotic. If you ever been to a larger facility, you know what I mean. Long story short, great experience by very professio

Bonita checked us in and was incredibly kind and patient. I wish I could remember of the other nurse who took my vitals. She had very curly dark hair and glasses. Also incredibly nice. Saw Amy Bridge who gave me the diagnosis and recommended follow up care. I was probably there about two hours. It wasn’t too busy. But overall very happy with the care I received.

Ended up at an Urgent Care for the first time in my life (at 3:30 pm on a Saturday), and I can't express my gratitude to the entire staff, from the receptionist to the nurse to the PA: all exceedingly professional, attentive, careful to explain everything in much detail. Twelve hours later, I'm a hundred times better and out of pain thanks to their expertise and a new round of meds. Thank you, everyone, for making a terrible situation for me into a positive one!

Urgent care staff was very nice! But when I needed x-rays No staff was at window, so I sat there. It wasn’t until my phone rang at least 10 minutes later and I answered it did someone come to window. I saw them and heard them standing off to the side just chatting away.
