Dr. Kwok and her team have been amazing to me. I recently moved into the area, and I was having trouble with an implant placed by another doctor. They were able to get me in on a short notice, assess the situation, and give me a course of action. I’ve been to the office a few times now, and the visits are always thorough. The staff is very welcoming and they genuinely care about my well being.

Susie C. Kwok is an amazing D.D.S and her staff is welcoming and caring. Since I started going to her I have never been more comfortable in getting dental work done by such an amazing team.

I have been visiting Dr Kwok for probably 15 years. She is very nice, great at her work, and the staff is excellent, efficient, and friendly. The pricing is affordable during times I have or have not had insurance, all pricing is discussed upfront before any work is done which is unlike all the surprise bills I would get from previous dentists. They have helped with preventative measures such as a night guard and an upgrade to it a few years later. There have been times where I had an urgent need such as a crown that broke off and they were able to assess how urgent it was and fit me in quickly. I love that she brings her comfort dog to help patients during their appointments, first with Nika Bella and now Nella.

If you’ve been referred to this clinic from the VA or Community Care, FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER. Do yourself & your oral hygiene a favor… do not go here for care. Not only is this office haphazardly managed & operates behind schedule without notice to the patient, the clinic’s exam rooms are cramped & unclean. The hygienist’s hair fell in my face during the procedure. The hygienist dropped an instrument & didn’t change the plastic covering until I asked. Dr. Kwok’s crown procedure has become infected. Do. Not. Go. Here.

Dr. Kwok is such a great dentist. I’ve been reluctant to go back to dentists but she was so gentle and understanding about my teeth and needs. She made me feel very comfortable and listened to my concerns. She gave me options and I respect that. Thank you Dr. Kwok!
