If I could give this place zero stars I would! I started as a new patient here in February of 2025 due to my painful wisdom tooth coming out and it creating a pocket in my gums. I was told to go in another day due to the orthodontist being in certain days. When I went back for the consultation they were about to take my tooth out without checking if my insurance would cover or not, luckily, one of the dental assistants let him know before doing anything. The lady told me it would take about 2 weeks to get notice back from insurance. So I waited the two weeks, then two months passed by and still nothing. I called them back only for them to rudely tell me that it’s been hard to get in contact with the insurance because “they were on strike” and it would be a longer time. It is now November,

I've only ever had good experiences here. My husband and I have been coming for about 3 years. The office ladies are always helpful. The Docs and hygienists always do a nice job explaining everything and were very conscious of pain and our comfortability which was really nice.

This dental group is under new ownership and service! That I understand. The front staff are super friendly, outgoing in all aspects and full of energy. They all care about my dental needs. Always cares about my dental health and has gone above and beyond the call of duty! He always takes the time to explain everything in a fantastic bedside manner. Omar who is their RDA there, is also a gentleman taking the time to explain everything. Knowledgeable and caring in all he does! As for the dental work I'm currently having done. I been going to this dental office for a while now yes they have always been great dental assistants and Dr... But recently my crown fell out I called to make an appointment and the lady that handles authorizations is the person I spoke to was rude and no help at all and to top it off she said they weren't accepting my insurance anymore. When right now I just got off the phone with Insurance people and they said I'm still assigned to that office and they are accepting my insurance. I won't be going back to this office again... Plus I just seen their reviews and now I totally regret ever going there in the first place! 1.9 😱 Good riddance!!
