Upstate Dermatology Saratoga Springs

I was charged 175$ (insurance not accepted) for a 4 minute consultation. The consultation was not even with a dermatologist, it was with one of the NPs. Including checking in (filling out 5 pieces of new patient paperwork) and checking out I was in the office for exactly 12 minutes. Which means 4 minutes only were spent in the room and 2 of the 4 minutes were spent with the NP. The NP said “I don’t know what this is, come back in 3 weeks for a biopsy.” 175$ for 4 minutes. It was a complete waste of time and the office was just very off putting. I would never recommend this office to anyone I know or care about.

I can't say enough good about this office! I was greeted so nicely when I called to make my first appointment. Then the receptionist was amazing when I arrived. When I was in with Lauren she was professional and more thorough than I have ever had a dermatologist be. I have had 2 skin cancers and she took the time to talk to me about my suspicious spots. I am so happy I found this office and Lauren! Highly recommend!

I had such an incredible experience at this dermatology office! The NP Betsy was absolutely amazing—so thorough, detail-oriented, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to really listen to all of my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt completely comfortable and informed throughout the entire visit. You can tell she genuinely cares and doesn’t overlook a thing. The entire staff was just as wonderful—welcoming, helpful, and kind from the moment I walked in. The office runs efficiently but never feels rushed, and the atmosphere is calm and professional. It’s rare to find a place where you feel this supported and confident in your care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional dermatological care!

Great alternative to the other 2 dermatologist offices located in Saratoga Springs. I really appreciate that the office answers their own incoming phone calls vs calls going to a call center, and my calls have never rolled over to voicemail. Staff is friendly & I am very happy with the care I received.

I went for my appointment as scheduled. They had canceled my appointment. Said they called. Checked my call log in day they said they called. No message because they never called. Reverse no show!
