Upper Valley Urgent Care Center

I usually like how they take care for you here. Way faster than going to see a doctor or the ER for sure (for flu like symptoms). The onsite pharmacy is very convenient. I didn’t particularly care for the experience I had the last two times I came. I know I’m no doctor, but I don’t appreciate being spoken to as though I have no clue of how viruses or illness can affect the body. When I come here, I don’t care to be spoken to in a condescend manner. I don’t come here for aspirin (that part is an exaggeration). Just listen, and evaluate and prescribe me my meds. I had to come back a second time to ask for the original medicine I am usually am given from previous visits that my symptoms. I hope it’s a better experience for others.

Summary: Don’t come here if you need to be seen quickly -Initially being taken back took about 30 minutes, about 4 people were seen ahead of us and we had to ask twice what was going on -had to wait another 20 minutes to be seen by the physician, then another 30 minutes for paperwork to be discharged. Asked the charge nurse what was taking so long, the 7 people stood in the back chatting abruptly told us to go back in the room and wait for a few more minutes. +Physician was adequate

My family and I have been going to UVUCC for years. They manage their patient waiting room and billing very well. In my most recent visit, they continued to be very efficient, courteous, and welcoming. The medical staff were friendly and attentive to my condition. I was triaged, diagnosed, and treated within an hour of arrival. We will continue to come here for our urgent care needs. Thanks UVUCC!

Great fast service. NP was awesome. The team in general was awesome from the first person to welcome me to the rad tech and treatment given. Service was amazing. I had issues with medication and a call back to find a solution and they did their magic. Will definitely be using their services in the future. Thank you Upper Valley Urgent Care

Yikes! My first experience here was not great at all! I drove 25minutes to this location on a Sunday morning just to be told my insurance was not accepted. This is after I called the office and asked them if they accepted my insurance to which they confirmed, yes. Not a great feeling especially when you’re under the weather and having to drive across town. Please do better.
