Upper Valley Urgent Care Center Eastlake

Came in right at 8 am and 45 minutes later I’ve been seen by the Practitioner and given my meds. Very professional and very clean clinic. It was my first time here and even I was in and out within the hr. Definitely a place to visit if you are not feeling well. The Nurse Practitioner is very knowledgeable and actually speaks to you as the medical assistants. 5 stars for me. I would like to add that the place is spic and span absolutely clean. Clean and shiny floors. The exam rooms were just as clean.

This place is amazing! From the front staff, to vitals, to seeing the NP, and the care given. Jose Rodriguez, PA was friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable. As a parent I felt great knowing she was being taken care of and I was given all details to continue care at home. It’s a very clean, comforting, and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend this Urgent Cars.

I had gone to a care now clinic on Zaragoza which only gave me a cough syrup when I had all symptoms similar to COVID such as chills, headache, body aches, trouble breathing. Phlegm, cough. I got worse within 5 days and by the time I went to this clinic my symptoms were severe. The customer service receptionist was friendly and provided prompt service. She made sure I was able to be seen and even offered a payment plan for past money owed for the time I had gone to the west side location. I was treated by Mr Richard Anaya initially and seen a second time by Mr Murillo. Both doctors were knowledgeable and provided excellent care. I had a great experience at this new urgent care! The place is clean, efficient, and the staff were all very friendly and professional. Mr. Murillo took the time to explain everything clearly, and I felt well cared for throughout my visit. Highly recommend!
