Upper Cumberland Family Dentistry

This is my favorite dentist I’ve ever been to. Buck seems like a redneck like me but turns out he’s really smart and good at dentisting and gentle. Devin is the best hygienist I’ve ever had. One time when she was flossing my teeth she skipped the top middle because my gap is so big. That offended me a little but we got past it. The most relaxed I’ve ever felt in a dentist office. My kids actually like going to the dentist because of them. No complaints at all. I tell everybody around cookeville or Livingston to go there.

We have been really happy with the services at this Dentist office in Algood. They do a great job with scheduling and even reminders of upcoming appointments. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The office area is clean and professional too. The workers are polite and friendly as well. There is plenty of parking too. They are good to answer any questions that you may have. And, they do a good job informing/educating us on what they find is going on with our teeth (good or bad). I feel we are in good hands here.

After a disturbing event at Hayes Dentistry, I was referred to this Dentistry by my wife and several other folks who have used them. Very happy to have found them and they are most professional and friendly. I have now had several cleanings, fillings and several crowns done here, and the price isn't unrealistic for the work done. I love their attention to their patient's comfort and ease. 5 stars isn't enough. ;)

Highly recommend! I had lots of anxiety about going to the dentist. After having had a previous experience that was not ideal elsewhere, I was reluctant to find a new dentist that I could trust. After visiting UCFD and seeing Dr. Buck, I have become an advocate. Dr. Buck and all the hygienists & assistants were amazing to me and my whole family! They made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Every person I met in the office was courteous, friendly, and professional.

I broke a crown last night. I called and left 2 messages and called 5 other times with Noone ever getting back to me. So disappointed with this place. Time to look for a new dentist!!
