They dont deserve any rating bc they do not care about their patients!! They never try to help, just rude and rotten! Never attempt to accommodate other appts if one can't be made! They make you wait a week AT LEAST to reschedule!! Removing my family from this practice bc its a joke and so is the staff!! No wonder the rating is a 3.4 and falling!! ABSOLUTELY NO TLC!! I GIVE THEM NOOOOOO STARS WHATSOEVER!! SHOULD BE NEGATIVE ACTUALLY

I was having pain last July 2024, a pain I never had before. I saw Dr. Brescia in September 2024 and asked her to order a CT scan of abdomen and pelvis. She chose NOT to. Then diagnosed me with chronic gastritis and presence of bleeding unspecified. Where she got that I don't know, I never had any bleeding. Still not resolved I went back to her in November 2024. She at that time obviously didn't want bothered with me or my care and referred me to a specialist for chronic pain. I explained to him that I asked for a CT scan and she wouldn't order. At that time he ordered the CT scan of abdomen and pelvis. Had Dr. Brescia ordered it like I asked I would have found out then that I have CANCER and not 4 months later. I know my body and I knew something was wrong, she chose to not listen to me.

For the past week my wife has been running low grade to high grade fevers. Took her to see her doctor last week to get a diagnosis for being sick. They did a strep test, and flu test, then sent us on our way. Telling us to take Tylenol and dayquil, that if she doesn't get any better to call back in. 7 days later, she is still running low grade fevers, cough, head ache, massive facial pressure. Upon making another appointment, the doctor, and nurse belittle her, telling her that people go to work all the time not feeling well. They gave a steroid shot to help with the facial pressure. That's 2 appointments, 2co-pays, still no diagnosis on whats going on. They made my Wife cry due to making her feel bad because she sick. The staff is hit or miss on getting a good nurse. The one nurse refused

Patient here since 2002. Only 2 bad visits in all these years. Did receive a letter from them 2 years ago about missing appointments and they were going to drop me as a patient. Unknown missed appointment. All good.

Dr Armstrong is a great doctor. Very down to earth and easy to talk to. It feels like we are partners in making me healthier. I never feel rushed, he looks at my health in a holistic way, and I really like he can help me in a variety of ways with suggestions and feedback. He is worth the drive up the mountain for sure!!! He is the best! I have experienced the office staff to be helpful and great as well!
